A Mini Q&A with Erin.

To show you a little more about us and who we are, we’re doing mini Q&A’s with each of us. We mixed personal questions with beauty questions. First up is Erin! Enjoy!

Where did you grow up?

Right here in San Diego!

What was your favorite part of beauty school?

It would definitely be practicing on one another.

What made you decide to go to beauty school and become an esthetician?

I was living in Hawaii after high school working as a receptionist at a spa. I fell in love with it! My boss Jeannie Perreara was an awesome influence!

What advice do you have for anyone wanting to become an esthetician?

It’s a very self-motivating business… you get what you put into it. You have to love people and be a people person in order to be great at it. It’s the best job in the world.

What does beauty mean to you?

Someone who takes care of themselves not just with make-up, but with their health.

Any general skincare and beauty tips.

NEVER go to bed with your make up on, NEVER pick at your skin, ALWAYS smile a smile and being happy from within makes you look that much more beautiful.

What’s your favorite part of your job?

Interacting with our clients, they are all so wonderful……..It’s like being with my friends all day long.

What does Urban Skin Care mean to you? What’s the brand philosophy?

A place where you will be treated like family and respected, we carry amazing products and take pride in what we do. Expect a great service. Our brand philosophy is to being able to provide an amazing service to make each client feel their best.

What other hobbies or interests do you have?

I love yoga, walking, traveling and being with my close family and friends.

Larissa: How would you describe Erin?

Erin is/has: an inner beauty that makes her amazing, when she sets a goal, she gets it done, and she’s a pro—she’s SO good at what she does.
